St Pancras Way
This project consists of a family of interventions on a site along Regents Canal, seeking to reinvigorate a neglected site with a prominent frontage. Two new houses (Canal House and Little Canal House) have been created along Regents Canal, whilst the existing mixed-use building has been extended to create 13 apartments and office spaces at lower and upper ground floor levels.
The main building was reorganised and extended at fourth and fifth floor levels, and rear elevations reorganised to create a more sympathetic canal frontage.
